Construction is metal frame and steel stud infill walls.
Client has existing campus and desired to join two institutions of higher education. Two existing buildings needed to be demolished; while, three new buildings were planned for the campus. It was the aspiration to combine functions that were on multiple sites to be located on one site.
Site was the main challenge due to water retention. Cost was another issue- the project had to be within a budget. Cost was able to be value-engineered to maintain the design intent. Project is in construction.
Due to copywrite by the firm created, these are not uploaded but samples of construction documents available upon request.
